Hosted by Kat Oldershaw and Ellen Hockley, Good Ideas + Bad Decisions explores the highs, lows, and chaotic moments of business ownership. Between the two of us, we have started businesses, burned out, rebuilt, and supported countless other founders along the way. We share those stories authentically, because the truth is that every business owner has a mix of brilliant ideas and questionable decisions.
Each episode includes candid conversations, thoughtful insights, and plenty of laughter. We answer listener questions, talk about the emotional side of entrepreneurship, and welcome guests who are navigating their own creative journeys. It’s like a business pep talk mixed with a therapy session mixed with a friendship you didn’t know you needed.
